The Ukrainian Catholic Shrine of Our Lady of Sorrows in Cudworth, Saskatchewan, is celebrating the Jubilee Year on June 14th and 15th, 2025. Bishop Michael Smolinski, C.Ss.R., will be in attendance. The Shrine of Our Lady of Sorrows dates back to the earliest days of Ukrainian settlement in Saskatchewan when, in 1909, a beautiful woman in white appeared to three children on the hill. It is the second oldest Shrine in Saskatchewan and the only one associated with a story of an apparition.
