Communication & Respectful Spaces Workshop
Priests and lay leaders are invited to attend a Communication & Respectful Spaces Workshop on June 13, 2026, from 10:30 AM to 2:30 PM at Good Shepherd Parish in Portage la Prairie. The workshop will be led by Cris De Lima from the Archdiocese of Winnipeg HR Office and will offer practical guidance on recognizing healthy and unhealthy communication patterns, addressing conflict early and respectfully, strengthening listening and dialogue skills, and fostering psychologically safe environments within parish and ministry settings.
