Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST)
Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) is a two‑day, in‑person workshop for adults who may encounter situations involving suicide risk in their personal or professional lives. The training is especially valuable for first responders, healthcare providers, and mental health and addiction workers who support individuals experiencing suicidal thoughts or behaviours.
The session will take place on Wednesday, February 18 and Thursday, February 19, 2026, from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM each day at Sara Riel (100–66 Moore Avenue).
