The Archdiocese of Winnipeg at 100: Yesterday, Today, Tomorrow. An Academic Symposium. Oct. 22-24, St. Paul’s College, 70 Dysart Road, University of Manitoba, Winnipeg. Free and open to all. Begins Thursday evening with the 2015 Hanley Lecture: The Future of the Universal Church and the Place of the Local Churches in that Future with Most Rev. Michael Miller, CSB, Archbishop of Vancouver. Friday following morning prayer, The Archdiocese of Winnipeg Prior to Vatican II with Dr. Peter Meehan. Friday afternoon panel, The Archdiocese of Winnipeg and the Indigenous Peoples of Manitoba: A Dialogue. Friday evening reception and dinner (tickets required). Saturday, following morning prayer, The Winnipeg Archdiocese at 100: Highlights of Canadian Catholic Spirituality with Dr. Terence Fay, SJ.
